Detroit Free Press: “Small GM bondholders shut out of new offer”

Individual investors holding General Motors Corp. bonds won’t get a vote on the revised debt-swap offer unveiled by the Obama administration today, and would have to wait for bankruptcy to pursue any objections…Main Street Bondholders, a coalition representing some individual GM investors, said it would fight GM’s plan in bankruptcy court and would seek to form a separate committee to represent small investors.
