But I thought I was doing the right thing. I wasn’t investing in stocks. GM was a solid company. I had worked on more GM cars in my life than any other kind. I thought I could live off the interest from that and a rental house I have. When things started to go bad and the value started going down, I bought more at a lower price to try to recover some of the losses. I didn’t think it would end this way.
